The Hispanic or Latino student group in the Yuba City Unified School District had a lower graduation rate, 83.9 percent, than the overall district's rate of 86.7 percent for the 2017-2018 school year, according to the California Department of Education.
Of the 225,817 citizens living in Butte County in 2019, 93.9 percent said they were only one race, while 6.1 percent said they were two or more races, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained in February.
The graduation rate of African American students at South Lindhurst Continuation High School in the 2017-2018 school year decreased from the previous school year’s graduation rate of 100 percent.
