The graduation rate of Hispanic and Latino students at Yuba County Career Preparatory Charter in the 2017-2018 school year increased over the previous school year’s graduation rate of 33.3 percent.
Of the 719 citizens living in Challenge-Brownsville Cdp in 2019, 74.7 percent said they were only one race, while 25.3 percent said they were two or more races, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained in February.
The Foster Youth student group in the Yuba County Office of Education School District had a higher graduation rate, 50 percent, than the overall district's rate of 36.2 percent for the 2017-2018 school year, according to the California Department of Education.
