The Colusa County Planning Department has announced an invitation for residents of Maxwell and nearby areas to join the second public meeting on the Maxwell Community Plan. The meeting is scheduled for Thursday, February 13, 2025, at 6:00 PM and will take place at the American Legion Building located at 250 Oak Street in Maxwell.

The community plan aims to address key issues including workforce housing, economic strategies, community character, traffic increases, impacts on public services, and other concerns pertinent to the Maxwell area. Public participation is considered essential to ensure that the plan aligns with the community's needs and aspirations.

All interested residents, business owners, and stakeholders within the Maxwell community are encouraged to attend this important meeting.
