Property tax statements for the 2024/2025 fiscal year have been mailed as of October 16, 2024. The taxes are now accessible online.
The first installment is due on November 1, 2024. Payments must be made by December 10, 2024, at 5:00 p.m. to avoid a penalty. If not paid by this deadline, a 10% penalty will be imposed.
The second installment is due on February 1, 2025. Payments must be completed by April 10, 2025, at 5:00 p.m., or a penalty of an additional $20 plus a further 10% will apply.
Payment can be made in person between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., by mail to the address provided in Colusa, CA, via phone using the IVR system at the given number, or online through the county's website or using the QR code found on property tax statements.
